Adams Gutierrez and Lattiboudere is a full service law firm that can effectively and efficiently service the needs of our existing school district, public and private sector management clients. The firm also features a bilingual staff that will effectively service the needs of both urban and suburban school districts.

Our client philosophy features counseling and training that will assist in developing a preventative approach to legal matters. We make sure that our clients have policies and procedures necessary to address the wide variety of legal issues that arise in the education, public and private employment setting. If legal actions are filed, our clients will then benefit from the experience our members have in aggressively litigating matters from inception to conclusion in state, federal court as well as national and state agencies. We have won numerous summary judgment motions in areas of discrimination, sexual harassment, disability, whistle-blowing and age discrimination. We also possess significant litigation experience in labor matters including litigating employment and contractual claims in arbitral forums. Our record of success in litigation is impressive and the ethical reputation we have developed over the years with courts and state agencies will serve our clients well in a litigation context.
